 Terms & Conditions - Refunds & Payments

• Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Weather: In the event of rain or inclement weather, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
• Balance Due: Full payment must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the balance remains unpaid.

Safety & Conduct:
Raptor Events Florida maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hostile environments. We reserve the right to cease performance and depart immediately, without refund, if our staff encounters:

• Hostility, foul language, or physical aggression.
• The presence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
• Any situation posing a risk of injury to our staff or damage to our property.

Liability for Damages:
The event host assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to Raptor Events Florida property—including dinosaur costumes, equipment, or vehicles—by the host or their guests during the event.Access & Parking
The host is responsible for ensuring adequate vehicle access, parking, and a clear path for the dinosaur to enter the performance area. If safe access is not available upon arrival, Raptor Events Florida reserves the right to cancel the appearance and depart the premises.
