Guest Conduct & Safety Policy:

We want everyone—kids and adults alike—to have a Dino-tastic time! To ensure an unforgettable and safe experience, we require all guests to treat our Dinosaurs, Performers, and Rangers with total respect.Zero Tolerance for Misbehavior

The safety of our team is paramount. Raptor Events Florida maintains a zero-tolerance policy for roughness, pushing, shoving, punching, spitting, or any aggressive behavior.

• Performance Stoppage: If our staff encounters such conduct, we will immediately stop the show, pack up, and depart.

• Forfeiture of Fees: In the event of a forced departure due to behavior, all deposits and payments will be strictly forfeited.

Supervision & Liability:

• Adult Responsibility: Upon arrival, our Rangers will explain the "Ground Rules." Please remember that while we are entertainers, we are not babysitters. Parents and adult hosts are responsible for supervising children and ensuring they follow the rules.

• Liability: Raptor Events Florida is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Our performances follow a standardized professional template to ensure safety and consistency.
