 Parking & Site Access Requirements:

To safely transport and unload our Dinosaurs, Raptor Events Florida requires specific parking accommodations. Failure to provide adequate access as outlined below may result in immediate event cancellation without a refund.

Parking Criteria:

• Proximity: Parking must be secured within 100 feet of the event entrance.

• Space Dimensions: We require a designated parking area between 55 and 65 feet in length to accommodate our truck, trailer, and the unloading of large props.

• Clearance & Maneuverability: The access path must be clear of obstacles. We require a minimum 60-foot wide radius to safely turn our vehicle and trailer 180 degrees.

Arrival & Setup Timeline:

• 15-Minute Window: Our team will attempt to access the designated parking area for a maximum of 15 minutes. If access is not cleared within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the event or apply an additional compensation fee for the delay.

Final Authority:
Raptor Events Florida staff has the final say in determining if a parking area is safe and adequate. If no suitable parking or alternative can be found upon arrival, the event will be cancelled, and all payments will be forfeited.
