Booking & Payment Policy!

To officially secure your date and time, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all 30, 60, and 90 Minute + sessions. (all party packages; regardless of the length of the party requested and paid for)

Deposit Timeline:
Once you receive your booking agreement via email, your deposit must be paid within 24 hours to lock in your reservation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Final Balance:
Your remaining balance can be paid at any time. However, it must be settled no later than seven (7) days prior to your event date. 

• Payment Reminders: Customers will receive a reminder email and text message regarding their outstanding balance.

• Cancellations: Dinosaur Events Florida reserves the right to cancel any event at any time, if the final balance is not received by the 7-day deadline.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your scheduled event, your deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will be held as a credit to be applied toward a future party date and time of your choice; subject to Dinosaur Events Florida’s availability.
